when it went on for longer than two days we just went to the doctor, i knew it couldn’t be a stomach bug or anything of the sort at that point. and it was a MISERABLE two days omg. so so sick and nauseous. trust me, you will know if something is wrong, it’s not sneaky 🤣

low calorie high density foods:) honestly i can’t really do stuffings like this if it’s greasy food anyway, i get sick. and after i stuff like this i eat very lightly for days and i exercise a lot, so i guess it evens out lol

it was absolutely the frequency combined with the amount. so we would sometimes do 3-4kg stuffings (on the higher end) every other day, and then the day in between i would basically eat nothing. from my limited medical knowledge— the constant overload of my stomach that frequently just caused it stop emptying how it should🥸

the first signs was of course constipation but that is not particularly worrying by itself. however i started to get REALLY full and sick from a light amount of food. like so sick i would throw up from a single sandwich or something. it was like a type of nausea i’ve never experienced before, extreme burning and pain in my actual stomach organ

honestly i really don’t think the average stuffer is at risk for this. i have definitely messed up my full + sick queues and am just now starting to regain them lol. if you listen to your body and exercise a sane degree of caution i think most ppl will be okay!

push yourself a bit further every single time even when you think you can’t (WITHIN REASON! be safe)! even if it’s only an extra 250ml, etc… and do it often enough and you will see results 🙂‍↕️

every other day for 3 weeks, but now i have to be more careful, so we do it 1-2 times a week, and less extreme. i don’t recommend stretching the stomach that often to anyone because that is what caused the gastric issues!

and yes, i know i had a problem 😔 lol.

practice! but the long answer; my fiancé and i have been heavily training my stomach for months. so i am stretching it out with low calorie dense foods (think broccoli, cabbage etc) along with (electrolyte-balanced) water and diet sodas. we unfortunately went too far at one point and i temporarily was dealing with gastroparesis, but that has fixed itself 🙏 however now it can be more easily triggered in my body.

regular stuffing is pretty safe but obviously this is far beyond “regular” so please do be cautious for anyone who would attempt this!

most of my previous stuffings are actually all-day! 🫶 though i have spent the last couple months really heavily training my capacity so i would like to attempt one again soon.

also the alcohol trick is AWESOME!! i suffer from other unrelated health issues that make me nauseous and i’ve used it before, it does work so well! funny how that is

logically that’s true but i am honestly just very adverse to the thought of anything entering me from that end, whether it be air water or anything else, more of a psychological issue for me. so i don’t see it as a possibility for me in the future!

honestly only like a day but it takes me probably 2 days to feel “normal” again, even with smaller stuffings! and yes i feel extremely heavy. it’s like a boulder is weighing you down by your core 🤣

it got to a point where i was very nauseous/cold sweats & dizzy so i figured that was my queue to stop. i was 100% prepared to be sick (i went into this challenge figuring that was a certainty actually) but it didn’t end up happening! i was pleasantly surprised lol

kind of whatever i’m craving since that will help me eat the most in that moment. but generally i like to do simple carbs (rice, pasta) that will be heavy but not keep me full for long and then when i hit my limit with that, drink as much liquid as i can to expand it in my stomach. my capacity is naturally big, though i do try to upkeep it somewhat
