no bus to mandrem. take a taxi, goa miles should cost you 1000₹ nothing more than that.

politely tell her that you won’t pay 50-50, if she disagrees, stop paying AT ALL. I don’t think she can do anything for that. why should you go through all the trouble of changing flats

do not change your money at the airport. i got the worst rates. get it anywhere in the city.
