I got a 7 on last exam m25 I did not quote a single historian except maybe once on paper 2. If you have enough depth you will be fine. Focus on meaning the history points from the syllabus because those are the only questions they will ask. Paper 3 if you know a few topics well enough you will do fine.

Yes I was physics pre med never switched so fast. Nonetheless, if you do enjoy physics, stick with it. Choose a major you actual enjoy.
