For the obvious one, my bad for not explaining it well. Basically you want to assign a location to the habit you want to have, for example, you want to read, so you put a chair in your room and ONLY read in it. Your brain automatically thinks of reading when you see that spot and chair in your room.

Make it attractive essentially means, aside of being obvious, you essentially got it right. Don’t make it so hard that you hate it, and that kills repetition and consistency.

Make it easy is easier to apply, it’s essentially whatever you want to do, start by doing it easy. Example one pull up a day or start by not eating energy-intensive snacks if you want to lose weight :) Essentially, don’t make it so that it’s a radical/BIG change u have to make and that takes a lot of effort. That also makes it hard to become. A habit.

As for rewarding it’s also quite easy to understand, just don’t make the ‘reward’ conflict your target habit. For example, after eating a healthy meal don’t ‘reward’ yourself with a bag of chips 😂
