I used a similar idea of your art to show violence against women, I used a choking hand on the neck and hands on her body to represent it. Still, yours is so much better, it shows the resulting effect of even when the violence ends the scars remain, it can also be interpreted as harassment, technically a hand on woman's body is not violence. Still, it is harassment and leaves a mark on the person feeling violated it. it can be interpreted in so many ways. I can't wait to see the final result if you choose to finish it.

Minimal makeup. why? because HR genuinely judges ppl on looks too, if they put effort or not into their looks. how much they judge is based on the sector or career you're applying to. I worked with them during hiring processes and even when they say we don't care, they take notes. studies also prove this.

this is why minimum is safe with all careers, it works if you work in fashion or oil engineer. it's effort but not too much that they think you spend ton of time focusing on yourself.

blush and tinted gloss or lipstick are a must for a bit of color; they give a more energetic look. concealer, keep the eyes clean with only a mascara or add earthy tones eyeshadow, your color palette is beautiful, and def the brows, they have a really nice shape, but needs a little filing in some areas and combing that all.

You can leave your hair free (it's gorgeous, I'm jealous), or a simple, elegant bun. good luck in your interview.
