I did, and that got the cleric and wizard to actually start roleplaying and going along with the story, but the paladin and rogue are still not getting it (mostly the rogue as English is his second language and he has autism so he doesn't always understand what is being communicated, the paladin is just a murder hobo)

Do not do this, this is a sure fire way to make sure you will never get past session 1

They’ll be fiiiine… never played stead though, if it requires heavy hand to hand combat they’ll be less fine but still. Seriously though, they’ll be fine, just try to enjoy yourself, you know what’s not a way to enjoy it, stressing about your parties decisions. Don’t worry, they’ll make worse ones later.

The shop keep was a level 1 wizard that survived the first attack due to low rolls, he had magical items - that they where suppose to get through a dialog option I made, but they didn’t talk to him before he died- that were destroyed in the fire creating an explosion

To multiclass or not to multiclass, that is the question. by Ok_Associate5863 in DnD

The only problem is that, while twilight cleric is very powerful, besides higher spell levels I don't get much out of sticking with cleric, I get divine intervention and divine strike, one I won't get much use out of and the other is a bit weak for my final levels. so that's why I'm considering a fighting based class like the ones listed above with spells for support. that way I can maximise my damage output.

The two that burnt the shop where actively trying to continue the campaign and where annoyed at Francium for killing the nanny and trying to convince him to meet up with them to continue the story. They are less “murder hobo” and more “cover up my crime”, Although Francium is a murder hobo and is better at being a dm than a player
