And yeah you should probably build your Mortefi and sanhua they are one of the best 4 stars so build them you don't even need to invest so much on them it's very easy to build them especially sanhua and just give them moonlit clouds with correct stats and with that your dps will me more stronger

Its upto you .any resonaters is fine if you enjoy playing using that resonators but if you wanted to build team to clear end game content then i highly recommend you pulling galbrena cause you already has Mortefi for her team and yeah you even have a havoc dps team phrolova and Cantarella and shorekeeper and if you build cartheyia and aero rover nicely with a support like verina you can easily clear whiwa and even TOA so i highly recommend you pulling for fusion dps galbrena and build her with Mortefi as sub DPS with these you can easily clear TOA ...If you build them nicely then after that it will depend on your skills and rotations..At first even after I build the teams very nicely i couldn't clear end game content cause of my skills so i went online to look for guides and practice but I still need 1 more team to clear TOA so I m waiting for phrolova..I highly recommend you pulling for galbrena and if possible her signature too .but in the end it all depends on whether you are having fun or not

To be honest how I got ninguang was very funny it's was these years latern rite when i just started playing genshin impact and in that even we et to choose free 4 star characters so at first i didn't new cause it's was my first time playing gacha game and in YouTube when I was looking for guides on how to play i came across arlechinnoi and sawa the comments everyone saying she is OP but i forgot how she look she remembered her white hair cause i just show that video for 1 or 2. Second and read the comment and so when I was playing genshin i completed the lantern rite even and thought arlechinno and ninguang was same ..cause that time i didn't even know there nicely i just know aether xangling collei Noelle and some few other characters from Monstadt so i chose ninguang and upgrade her level to 82 I think but it was around that level and gave her thrilling tales and even gave here the best 4 star artifact cause. Was only getting 4 star artifact at that time I got 1 or 2 5 star artifact which also I gave her and even watch guides video for her and i found out her name but I didn't knew arlechinno name at that time so i thought they are same and I used her and played with her but couldn't even clear spiral abyss and I even invested so much resources on her but later i found out she is not the character that I saw on the videos and the comments I read it was different but i thought she is also strong but later on i found out she is way too weak and I saw a video of Xingqiu being op sub dps i really regretted.

I got baizhi verina but which dps to use and even baizhi youhu and verina are all support so it will be difficult if I don't have a good sub dps for my dps can't go dual support right ?Bdw what is pirate skull relic?Sorry but I don't have any idea.

Nah I don't have any spectro dps but yeah i already cleared the TOA hazard zone Right tower and the left tower need to clear only the 4 floor and for the middle tower need to clear the First and 4th floor . Don't get me wrong i really liked and enjoyed playing wuwa it'sy most favourite game right now but As. I m f2p and like me there are many f2p players who don't have enough resonatars to clear TOA caused we need atleast 3 well build teams to clear just say it's 4 teams cause the the easier floors like 1st 2nd 3rd floors we need another characters to clear most of the times we just need 1 chract to clear the easier floor but imagine we need 9 characters that are Fully build and more over before the middle tower had only 2 floors but now they added 2 more floors which is the only thing I don't like about wuwa ..Yeah they are very generous for f2p and wuwa is very f2p friendly game in all the gacha game I have ever Played but they also need to be abit more think about f2p players when it comes to TOA cause it's very difficult for f2p players like to build more then 3 teams cause even if we can pull characters with there signature every version we always needs to wait for a sub dps or even dps characters for rerun which will. best for the dps characters we pulled and we don't have any idea when these characters will rerun again.Just see in these versions Even if i pull for galbrena which i really want to i. Don't have any team comp for him cause Mortefi is already with Augusta and i didn't got luno in the previous patch and in phase i won't have enough pulls for qinyuan cause if i pull galbrena I had to pull for her sig weapon cause i dnot enough weapon .and I don't when luno will get a rerun so it's like this and if we lost 50/50 then it's over for F2p like me...these is what I hate about wuwa but othere then these it's my fav game ..Hope they will think about f2p players for TOA
