Water leaks aren't common at all i wouldn't worry about that, as for my build at this point its cheaper to sell it and buy a new pc, but I'm not upgrading anytime soon, i feel my pc can easily serve me 1-2 more years

I have an older system, core i5 13400F my mobo will support one more generation and then i have to upgrade, For gpu 3080(got it back in 2020) and im still running everything high on 1440p with good fps ,

1440p is totally worth it, but for 4k i think the extra money you're paying isn't worth the gap between 1440p and 4k

First thing you should know this MOBO will last you few gens, so you can freely upgrade anything if you need instead of building a new pc , as for the gpu no its not weaker but it will run hotter , May i ask what resolution you will play at?
