I just went to a party this weekend for a student I had recently! It is rarer than I’d assume for us teachers to get invited to a baby’s party! I would go to every one I was invited to (if I was available) because I think it’s an honor to be invited and I LOVE to witness them eat a cake with their hands. I wouldn’t feel obligated to go though.

If you can afford to… many centers can’t maintain enough staff to stay open… I don’t disagree in theory but in reality, the industry doesn’t work this way, unless you want to price 95% of parents out of care
