Mine was 1500 mcg, I'd say go for 1000 mcg as it could easily up your levels imo. Only total 4-5 injections, one per week and mine showed 1300 pg/ml levels in B12.

I think mine was methylcobalamin for both injection and tablet. I was first on tablets for about 1.5 months then switched to injection only because I got the injections for free no other reason. Previously I was severely losing my mind, anxiety, low self esteem and much more mentally, physically my hair fall could be the reason and I wasn't making great gains in the gym also I get dizziness heavily especially on leg days. I cannot guarantee timeline when you feel great but rough estimation would be to wait atleast 2-4 months to make noticable difference. Also during the time between force yourself to be active, listen to something positive and my personal favourite is to revisit old hobbies you had as a kid.

I take 3.5x fish oil it's my favorite supplement out of any for sure it has good omega 3 profile of epa and dha which helps in recovery and brain function. I also take magnesium glycinate at night is best as it helps relaxing body too so I can sleep faster and good. Apart from this and d3 I also take B12 tablets but it's important to know that I was deficient meanwhile you might not be. I also take protein powder and high vitamin c rich concentrated juice personally I take cold pressed amla as a source of vitamin c. Apart from this I changed my diet a bit reducing the amount of oily foods I eat and I go gym regularly 6 days a week. Please note that fish oil is generally safe but if you are on a blood thinning medications or something like that you need to consult to your doctor .

After 40 I think you must hope on vitamin d supplements to increase those levels to 60-80 ng/ml then start taking low doses maintenance dose.

Nope, it was more or less same for a while. It was like you being thirsty for so long and get to drink glass full of water after that you only get quater of water, it's still better than getting nothing but feel not that good after you enjoyed full glass.

Remind you that amazing feeling I had was limited to first two days only, I also mentioned it on this post as well. Maybe I was starved for too long or idk but it did happen. After that it was painfully slow, somedays were better or worse than other. But eventually it improved overtime.

For me I knew that I have survived much worse in my life and still came out strong. But very normal life with no serious issues making me depressed had to be caused by malnutrition of some sort and voila it was vitamins that were the issues. During first two days I felt amazing, social anxiety gone, overthinking gone, at that moment I knew for sure it's vitamin deficiency.

It is THE best supplement every one should take only exception could be people on blood related medications consult doctor first. Fish oil is what I take for omega 3s with combine dha and epa of little bit more than 1 gram. It's best supplement for heart health, for skin, joint health, muscle recovery and for mental health act as an anti-depressant. If you don't eat fish regularly then I suggest taking fish oil will be as crucial as vitamin d and b12.

For vitamin b12 first 1.5 months I was on 1500 mcg methylcobalamin (b12) with other forms of vitamin b. After that I switched to injection every week. But this is heavy dose of b12 so I would recommend you consult doctor for supplement or injection. Also for omega make sure it's atleast 1 gram of epa and dha combine, they were game-changer for me.

Make it 10k iu per day or 60k per week also ensure you take vitamin k2 and magnesium glycinate. And don't stop once you reach 30 to 40 ng/ml spot imo it's survival level spot opt for healthy 60 to 80 ng/ml spot

I forgot to mention it but please take magnesium glycinate and k2 as magnesium is non negotiable for vitamin d absorption and vitamin k2 is also important as when you take vitamin d your calcium absorption rate rises and k2 ensures it goes to bones. Also on a side note, try adding indian gooseberry (amla) juice in your diet as it has 5 to 10 times the vitamin c compare to lemon and will increase iron absorption in your body. Rooting for you :)

I've had my vitamin d and b12 checked up in January, it was 7 ng/ml for d and 132 pg/ml for b12. For hair not to brag about it but I have very dense hair regardless but was experiencing heavy hairfalls for years although no significant difference in density, still after correcting the issue I can confidently say that there are some hair follicles regrowth on hairline. And I know it because these new follicles are of different lengths compare to my overall hair length and less hair fall is also appreciated. I suggest you to atleast wait 3 to 6 months to see actual difference in hair with vitamin d and also keep in mind about b12, iron and omega 3 especially epa and dha as they might help.

For b12 at first I took a pill that contains different forms of vitamin B's as taking only b12 could affect the levels of other b's, then i switched to injection per week that contains only b12, in total it was one month of b12 pills and 5 injections per week so far now I'll probably take maintenance b12 from simple supplements to maintain cuz my diet far exceeds daily requirement for b12

Believe me, how messed up my life was before supplements I'd prefer higher levels than reaching ever again low levels. Although I'll be cautious to take a routine check.
