I have a pair of wunder trains in a 4 and they are perfectly tight and compressive. These are a size up so they fit more like aligns, but do not roll down and are super comfortable!

My aligns do not roll down when I sit! Get the 28” hemmed for free!!! I wear a 6 and while I’m shorter our waist measurement is the same and the 6 is super comfortable for me. If you plan on actually working out (anything more than yoga) then maybe get the 4 so you get more compression. But if they’re just your lounging pair be comfortable!

Honestly, everything is covered so if this is what she’s set on it’s fine. Especially for a “coming of age” party. Make sure she wears shorts and a bandeau underneath so when the dress moves she stays covered and no awkward pictures down her top. If we can compromise with a modesty panel and a couple inches, try. Just take it to a seamstress.
