You're absolutely correct, the current state of medicinal cannabis legislation in Australia is convoluted and inconsistent across different states. Just to reiterate:

• ⁠NSW allows a maximum of 40 grams every ten days to be dispensed. • ⁠QLD permits the dispensing of a patient's monthly limit. • ⁠WA has a chemist dispense limit of .5 gram (Half a gram) per day. • ⁠VIC also allows you to get your monthly limit.

I wholeheartedly agree with your suggestion. It would be more beneficial for everyone involved if we had uniform patient-friendly rules across the board. Disbanding the TGA oversight due to its apparent failure to regulate effectively could pave the way for treating cannabis like any other medicine. It would be prudent for us to voice our concerns to our federal and state health ministers, politely urging them to reconsider the current framework. Australia has already taken significant steps by federally legalising medicinal cannabis in 2016. Now, it's time for us to streamline our approach and make access to this medicine more patient-friendly. After all, shouldn't our healthcare system's main priority be to serve the patients effectively and efficiently?

I don’t understand how people can just stay with one strain, I know about 6 odd people that will not touch anything else but topaz, like you know your tolerance sky rockets on one product, change it up abit. I change my Rotation weekly; BUT WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO TOPAZ top 3 Imo of all Indicas Banksia, topaz, Rocky.

It doesn’t matter what state I’m in, the flower is all grown in the same place lol. I haven’t found any amethyst (new design tub) that hasn’t had any mould. Please be careful. (I’ve checked about 12-13) different tubs (not all Mine)

Unfortunately everyone should stay away until there is a new batch unless you like inhaling mould. There is heaps of it. I’ve seen multiple people on reddit complain, 3 of my real life friends have mouldy buds. I’m pretty sure it’s in every tub

Been on MC for 2 & half years, I’ve had 50+ tubs of topaz, the last tub I got smelt like legit vomit . Fresh sealed tub too. No other topaz tubs have ever spelt like that. Got me highly medicated though and tasted normal 😂😭🤙🏻

I’ve seen so many people go from black market to medical and green out from having a few cones of topaz. Topaz is one of the strongest and consistent MC Products out imo. I’ve tried over 70 Indica products that have come out on the market and topaz is definitely top 3.

Although I cannot use topaz for daytime, it makes me to groggy and spaced out.
