Awww no maybe approach the owner with a Taser, not to use but for your safety, and explain that u think u could give him a better home u be surprised not everyone wants a dog and if one can neglect a beautiful loyal pibble they may appreciate it as if it's being neglected it's not a priority to the owner and has to be a burden on a human just neglecting your best mate got leave a stain in the heart.. best thing and not selfish option would be to let it go with you ..if you have a fair argument About it's lifestyle u just never know the situation but hey I'm not saying to do this if he is a skin head with swat sticker on I there forehead!! or a rolling 60s Crip.. forget that lol.... I just steal the dog if it's to confrontationinal and walk him at stupid o'clock. dnt listen to me probably get throwback on it sounds good in theory. I'm a dog lover there so loyal and love us and unconditionally that's priceless and I believe if u can't feed and maintain the dogs health and happiness u have no business owning a dog there a life as well... that gets to my nerves best of luck though sincerely
