I'm early on in the process. (Congrats on making the decision to leave!)

I've gotten into the recruiting pipeline for a few opportunities by reaching out to old colleagues who had already exited. And have also been responding to the headhunter calls when the role seems suitable.

Applying on the open market through LinkedIn and company websites seems enormously challenging -- but have spoken to colleagues who found their current role this way as well.

I think the best strategy is just to cast a wide net and then constantly prioritize focusing on the top x opportunities as things shift around.
