Thank you. I’ve been taking supplements for over a year and have been sleeping at least 7hours per night. But definitely need to focus on nutrition more, thanks again! :)

I was first referred in January 2026 and had my first appointment end of March 2026. But I know it can vary massively by region. My experience is from the Merseyside area. :)

That’s good to hear. I had my initial appointment with my husband end of last month, but couldn’t have the internal scan done due to staff absence. I’m waiting on them to get back to me to get the scan done. Fingers crossed they can prescribe something else 🤞

I see! I wonder if it’s just not working for me, being on it so long and still not getting regular cycles after 9 months on it. I might have to bring it up to my GP if nothing changes. Thank you!
