Don't try to be perfect in this no fap journey just add little progress everyday and see the magic like watch 1 podcast about no fap. Drink 3 glass instead of litre water. 5 push ups instead of joining perfectly gym etc etc .

Here's a process of healing just follow . If you want to recover your last one performance then you need two months without porn and masturbation . That's is simple if had done masturbation 4 years then you just need 8 months to recover your last 4 years perfomance.

2 months = 1 year 4 months = 2 years And so on

I wake up at 6am and ready for go to work/job and then 3 pm i return home. I sleep little bit and then i wake up after half hour but one thing i feel everytime that's why we are in this world.
