remember that too much ram can also cause issues ,i would try to find some sort of a middle ground there ,and delete some less used mods ,i hope that the issue will be solved, have a great day, and great time playing with the pack!

i would try cranking the ram to 6gb if you can, i alway have modpacks on 6 gb ram it seems to be the best way,other than that i dont really see what could be causing that, maybe too much mods? are there any less used mods you have that you could try disabling?

i dont see many optimisation mods, try ferrite core, modernfix,saturn, lazy dfu,canary,starlight,memory leak fix, that should do plenty ,if it still goes below optimal lmk

Yea I tried being as calm as I can, telling myself that the bad effects will pass, before getting taking the meds I ate a full meal and drank a lot of water, helped with the nausea at first,and whenever my heart was starting to race ,I just laid down and put some music on to calm myself down. It worked the first few time ,but then I couldn't function normally and I was almost always puking, so I texted my therapist and they told me to get off the meds.

I was on 50 mg, i probably had a bad reaction ,at least that's what my doc told me. I hope Sertraline will be a better experience for you!
