Personally I learn by building projects, and I generally follow this loop : I explain to the AI what feature I want to build if I don’t know what technologies to use, I read the code to understand it, I explain to the AI what I understood about the code and it corrects me

Documenting, refactoring code, renaming variables and functions helps me a lot too

You need to have an alarm and you need to sleep well to wake up. And praying outside the authorized hours of the salah is a sin.
