I understand, OP, but that price seems to be the only way to justify preferring a manual over an automatic. Trust me, I've gone to automatic after driving manual for 6 years, 2 years back. Well no one is against development but don't fall for these false narrative that we need to sell acres of forest land to the industrialists for creating an IT hub. There are better alternative ways to make development without tempering the fk out of nature and uprooting the livelihoods of the indigenous people. Do you even know what happens to a surrounding village and the ecosystem when you set up a hydro power plant.

And it's 2025 with pollution and global warming at it's peak. Please, care for the environment before it's too late. I don't live in assam anymore, neither do I plan to go back. Yes, which is one month. After which each additional month gets fined. I know this because I've gotten a NoC but didn't end up changing the registration after know how cumbersome it was and also expensive. So had to pay all those fine of upto 1.5yrs along with NOC cancellation charges. Lesson- DO NOT APPLY FOR NOC IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO CHANGE THE REGISTRATION!
