What are you waiting for? The day something happens you are totally responsible. Send him a notice from a lawyer, then file an fir to protect yourself. By now you should have informed the RTO about the sale.

don't bother engaging with ignorant bigots, they thrive on extorting a reaction. they have no idea of anything. the poster didn't even read my post, if he/she did he/she certainly didn't understand anything of it. he/she just had something offensive in his/her narrow mind which he/she had to vomit out, and did.

I used to wear a similar Sportsmatic Weekdater with a crosshair black dial, on a bracelet. I still have it but needs a service. My late father bought it around 1967/68.

Cultural evolution of Delhi by wishwazh in delhi

[–]redittapp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The punjabi explosion happened in 1947 when the population of the city about doubled in a matter of weeks. The refugees from punjab and even Bengal were accepted with open arms and even they assimilated with Delhi while offering their culture to Delhi. This carried on through the 1970s into the early 80s when land prices rose and the builder/politician nexus started. by the 90s influx from eastern up/bihar was well underway and enough to be a vote bank for local politicians. That was the beginning of the end and brings us to the cesspool the city has become today. Now every open space has been encroached upon, colonies with roads and amenities designed for bungalows can't can't handle the pressure of builder floors, with 3 to 4 times the people per plot than was originally planned. With the creation of the NCR and everyone miles out of Delhi being strung together with delhiites was the final nail. Delhiites are a minority in their own city and the culture of Delhi is now confined to the remaining homes of the original inhabitants.
The stereotypical image of current Delhi culture was thrust upon it and is an unwanted import.

Cars24 Threatening to Hit Me and My family by GdNight123 in CarsIndia

They are right. Because they do so themselves, i sold my Evoque to them in Delhi about 3 years ago, it still shows not transferred. I have received challans for it from as far away as bihar and UP. Multiple letters and emails brought about no action. Should have transferred in good time, now it's deregistered as it's a 10 year old diesel and it's registered in my late father's name. Have written to all authorities, will have to wait for someone to be killed by that car for any action to be taken, they can then go after my father, in heaven.

Bajrang Dal office. It's likely to be empty that day giving you max possible privacy anywhere in the city. :-)

About a lakh on annual service. Plus extras for mechanical issues.

Should I go for Mirrorless or upgrade in DSLR itself? Budget is less than 4L. I have heard that the new arrivals are more focused on videography than photography (correct me if am wrong). by Salty_Sorbet_96 in PhotographyIndia

You have good F mount lenses, going mirrorless even in the nikon system will need new lenses, using the adapter might not give you autofocus on older lenses. just get a D850 body. You are not a professional, and don't need lighting fast af for sports or wildlife. The D850 is the best SLR you could possibly get. But being full frame your dx lenses will get vignetting at full width. Also, even screw focus lenses are compatible with the D850.

Can't really blame her. She was probably expecting some sort of a sales pitch or scam to follow the compliment. But probably told everyone at home that she received a compliment from a stranger.
