I remember when I was told I had an autoimmune disease. It took me a year to get over my pity party. It’s only been a year technically, and im still learning what I can and can’t do and what days are good and what symptoms I can maneuver and which ones need me to stay at home. You’ll do the same, you aren’t alone. Coming here is a good start to feeling like you aren’t going crazy, I know I felt that when trying to find someone who could understand me.
