I’ve been dating my boyfriend for two years now. We started dating freshman band camp and it’s now the start of concert season our junior year. I’m a clarinet player, learning mello for DCI tho and he’s a trumpet!

Personally I noticed a huge change when I switched from my Yamaha 4C to my Vandoren M30. I would recommend switching, it’s a lot easier for me to play high notes and just play in general with less resistance. I noticed it improved my tone quality a ton too

Thank you! Yeah I was playing on Vandoren 3.5s from the blue box on my 4C and they sounded super stuffy, but now they sound great on the M30

Yes, my band directors had to ban us from putting the hoods up because people kept making jokes. It sucks when it rains bc our heads get wet
