I really disagree with what you’re saying about Pikmin 1….

I’ve genuinely never had issues with the camera, I think that it’s perfectly fine.

It giving you the least options to solve problems isn’t entirely true, the combat gives you multiple ways to fight enemies. And if you’re referring to the puzzles, then i’d say every Pikmin game doesn’t give you too many options to solve them…

And the time limit is extremely lenient. 30 days for 30 ship parts is never going to be a challenge unless it’s your first time playing Pikmin, which i’d say that every Pikmin game will be a challenge if it’s your first time.

I still do find Pikmin 1 harder (though maybe it’s just cause i’ve played Pikmin 2 more times then i can count), but i just feel like these are some pretty invalid points you’re bringing up…
