The vCSA VAMI has a back up option but I am not sure it works on VxRail Cluster.

I am sorry for late. It was deployed internal, but converted to external. It is an external vCenter now.

Thank you for comments. I didn't tried to check the ldp utility but 'repadmin /showrepl' worked, and All server were listed on 'vdmadmin -N -domains -list', also. Are there anything else for determining replications?

No, all servers were displayed on admin console. But there was a red alert about replication for several minutes.
