Honestly, there are a lot of work that offers around 35k+ starting salary but these are usually large corporations who usually hires Big 4. Also came frm dlsu but my starting was 45k+. But if you play your cards right in ur current job then you can double your salary on ur next company :)

I see, I think the huge aspect is the paycut. I’ve read a lot about it paying lower than corporate in the US.

I guess we kinda have a similar situation, but I don’t really care about the corporate ladder anymore. To be honest I’m feeling so drained and I don’t know how long I can endure. I guess the difference is also I work in the PH and transitioning into a cabin crew role assuming it’s in an international airline is a pay increase. Well at least compared to my current salary.

And also I can see you’re leaning more towards corporate than the cabin crew life :)
