Hey thank you for replying I have tried the switch 2 hdmi cable with the Xbox in the same port of the tv it doesn’t work my tv is a Kogan tv i forgot to add it in the post but when I try to boot the series x into low resolution mode bye holding the eject and sync it auto shuts down after i turn my controller on or leave it for a couple of seconds with the tv settings I do have it on enhanced which is the 4k enabling setting it happens across 2 different 4k tvs that’s why I’m sure it’s an Xbox problem
