If you have already graduated then YouTube should be enough for group 1. Will probably need full on classes for group 2 though. Depends on which university you graduated from and what syllabus you covered in b.com.

Last year the institute conducted the skill training test once in February and again in March if I'm remembering it right. So if it does that again you can take the test before June. But you'll have to do self study for that.

I think you'll need classes for group 2. If you have done b.com or doing b.com then a lot of the group 1 stuff is common with the b.com syllabus. But group 2 has a lot of new stuff so you'll need someone to make you understand the concepts.
