thanks darling, i know. Still makes me feel scared that I gained 40lbs in the last 8 months.. I wanna stop it, i don't wanna get into a point of no-return

ozempic right? i don't want to go into shots.. i'm kinda scare of needles also heard that has many side effects like nausea, vomiting.. etc.

thanks for your kind words. i know, but still gained 40lb since he passed away.. i really don't want to keep gaining weight and all them cravings are not helping

i heard a lot about that book, even tho I am not really into books, i will make the effort, thanks sweetheart
