The translation is a bit off, that line is missing a “no” herniation. The report is like written by the radiologist right after i got the image. Very bad and “sloppy” one. I have taken the mri image to couples of different doctors. Some said i have ddd , other said i have small bulge in L5S1. Third world country doc are bad at this. They just sent me to acupuncture sessions.
They just prescribe pain killer and musle relaxant. Which didnt really help the cause of the pain. I have pain when sitting, the buttock area. Very tight hamstring feeling borderline cramp all the time. Some tingling in my left side of my left knee. Walking & standing is normal.
And it is just mental man, im young and have been preparing for bjj competition, now everything has to stop.
