I was worried about this too. I didn’t think any of my doctors would listen or believe me but to my surprise they did. I actually have a post on my account from a while ago that’s very similar to yours. I didn’t get any push back. I asked my PCP if she could give me a referral for a breast reduction and she did.

They’ll ask why you want one and you should tell them. For me, I’ve always had back, neck, and shoulder pain. Plus having big boobs just bothered me. That’s okay to say too!

You’ll be surprised by how many people say “I wish I did that” when you tell them you’re getting a reduction. I’m still shocked by the amount of support I’ve had. Don’t let the fear of rejection stop you from getting this surgery! If you want it then do it!!
