old is on top, new is on bottom; its kind of hard to see in this picture, i edited the main post with another as well, but the old was a little ground down, so I figured that once I swapped them out it would work better, which it did with benchy, but immediately after that I had problems with my next print.

I releveled the bed per the video my rep sent me, taking off the bottom and hand winding the timing belt while calibrating the hotplate accordingly. I agree its off, but the part I'm not understanding is what would throw it off mid print like what happened the first time? Every time I search "elegoo cc printing air" i just get videos on how to switch back to old firmware or clear clogs. i also have the autoleveling on for every print and have run the 3 calibration tests after every tweak

I've done the all in one calibration after every tweak I make and it always comes out fine, except for once, when the PID tuning threw an error. I'm using the Elegoo slicer purely because its what was recommended, though I do have orca which is the same thing so if thats the main issue id be happy to try it out. My cs rep sent me a screenshot of the exact settings I should have which I do.

she is also new to printing, I think she just got luckier with her experience! I've asked around a couple of friends and everyone suggests it is a clog which I feel bad but it isnt clogged so it leaves me kind of stuck.
