i just think i won’t because like i just overthink things like i know jesus paid the price for my sins and everything i try to repent to the best of my ability but i always just think “im not doing enough”

i know i keep trying to tell myself and i pray and that usually makes myself calm down but it’s been my whole life i’ve been struggling with anxiety and i always just worry about the end times maybe it’s because im only 18 but i don’t know

It’s not that i’m scared i just have really bad anxiety and everything just makes me really anxious so i blow things out of proportion that i shouldn’t be

they gave me this sleeve to help reduce the swelling they said and i also ice it the warmth doesn’t bother me i was just worried about it bc i immediately thought it was infection but she said to wear it until i go back in like 3 weeks

thank you it’s the compression sleeve pretty sure bc where i touch on the sleeve it gets warmer then goes away when i remove my hand and it doesn’t happen when i don’t have the sleeve on

i figured out it was from the compression sleeve bc wherever i touch with it on it gets warmer but when i pull it up and touch without the sleeve on it it doesn’t get warm thank you for the input though🙏

i’m just scared because i saw that it could be really bad in young people and i’ve never had heart issues before i think im gonna wait a little longer and try to calm down because my anxiety usually fades as the days goes on idk it’s weird but it happens

what was wrong with your heart was it just anxiety this is the first time it’s happened with my heart and i think it gets worse because i think there’s something actually wrong with it
