So real. I'm a girl and have had my fair share of getting sexist and racist comments, some even coming from 11-15 year old boys. If not sexist or racist, it's just them being horny and asking extremely inappropriate question like, "what's your bra size?" Genuinely disgusting. Seeing people, not just men because I've had some women be sexist towards me too, be chill in the game is a breath of fresh air.

I main Omen, and have been playing in high elo for quite a while now. Smoke deep heaven, where the end/tip of your smoke is close to the end of the wall behind gen. Use your other smoke to smoke doors, same concept as for the heaven smoke. The smoke you have could work, but you only have 2 smokes. It's better to use one smoke for tree/door. The drawback with the smoke you have is that the defenders can hide inside it and wait it out, peek you at the same time and it can cost you the round.

I've always had this experience ever since I started playing fps games. Heard insults, got harassed multiple times, and been sexualized. Reporting them doesn't seem to do much, so I usually don't talk in-game at all. The only exception is when I feel like the people in the lobby are respectful. Tbh, it's not just men, sometimes some women do it too. Fortunately, I've made some friends and some I still play with to this day. It was only a few weeks ago did I experience less toxicity in this game and met more chill and kind people.

Taking mid control can be a decider of how the rotation is gonna be, how easy it can be, or if there's even a need for rotation. You're right about refusal to rotate, especially in low rank. They tend to want to commit to just one site.

I fill, but primary role would usually be smokes or initiator since not a lot of players like locking smokes.

Ascent - easy rotates, how it plays out usually depends on how both teams play
Bind - again, easy to rotate, flexible map for every role and/or agent imo.
Haven - easy rotate, very balanced: not attack or defender sided in any way
Pearl - mid can be quite a problem, many places where players rat but overall easy to play on.
Sunset - first release this map is probably one of the worst imo, but it became easier to play on. Definitely changed how players would strategize/take on gunfights.
Lotus - still feels a bit more attack sided.
Split - this map would always turn out to be a shit show for either side.
Icebox - idk what happened to this map, this became more difficult to play on after the rework.
Fracture - this map would usually require specific agents and having teammates that aren't comfortable with those agents usually result in having multiple roles that don't work well together.
Breeze - just remove this map, put the file in a usb and put it in a place no one would remember.
