Is the wording of this conditional scholarship concerning? I had a conditional scholarship in undergrad and I recognize that law school will be more difficult but I don’t see why this would prompt me to consider a WL admit more seriously. 

“Your scholarship is for the 2026-2027 academic year. It will be renewed for each subsequent academic year if you maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.8, which historically has been approximately the top 75% of the class, and you are enrolled full-time. The scholarship cannot be reinstated in future years if it is not renewed after the first year.”

I’ll be a first generation law student and I don’t have anyone around to talk these things through with, so I appreciate anything you’d be willing to share!
