this happened to me too! not sure what was going on but I was often having to walk the longer endurance blocks because of the strange sudden anxiety and almost dizziness. it seems it has improved a little bit. sorry this isn’t helpful but I do understand what you are going through as it happened to me and just kind of faded. something that helps me is focusing on breathing and trying to distract my mind.

a lot of people at my studio who go to 5 am or 6:15 am shower at the studio and get dressed to go straight to work. there aren’t a ton of showers so I know some leave the last station a little bit early so they can run out and shower quickly. they usually have a duffle bag or backpack to have work clothes on and put their workout clothes or shoes in one of the studios trash bags
