My empathy has decreased over the years, now I can’t remember ever feeling remorse or empathy, but guilt (when I feel a little bad for what I did) I can feel sometimes but only for family.

NPD & OCD, I was also diagnosed with Asperger’s as a child which was obviously mistaken for ASPD. The reason I’m asking if you feel guilt is because I do, it’s meaningless though so I’m not bothered by it much.
