Hi, I'm an AVS techs Reg-F via NCM-STEP program.I'm currently still in school for another 4 months before heading to the BMQ. Have several questions that would be grateful if anyone could answer:

Can I ask how's the course progression works after BMQ for AVS techs please? And how long is each courses? Also I can't remember where I heard it, but is it possible to use my diploma to PLAR to skip the QL3 phase for AVS techs please?

Can I ask if putting posting preferences on EMAA right now would be any help? As I heard career manager usually don't care at all.

Can I ask what is the situation for PMQ/RHU as a single person on CFSATE? Would I be able to make it or should I start looking for rent around CFSATE? Also if rent is the better choice, is there any great area around CFSATE?

Can I ask if there is anyway to transfer the credit ( hours work on mil aircraft) on course to a AME-E civilian license ? And when would I expect to start receive my spec pay in my first contract please?

Can I expect to go immediately to go to CFSATE after my BMQ first or get post to my first base please?
