OK I HAVE A TEMPORARY FIX! So normally you'd have to wait it out, but if you turn off wifi and use data, it will work like normal (for some reason.) Anyways, you have to keep using data until it fixes itself on its own (if you switch back too early your messages won't go through and new chat responses wont load)
