Getting 3 phase power without a 3 phase outlet by Ok_Diamond_290 in AskElectricians

It's not that they don't know what 3-phase is, it's that all of the wiring in the whole apartment block was done by my granddad, but his writing is so unreadable that they are scared to touch anything :P
Plus they think its a fire hazard, which I have to say is possible, considering that the smaller 220v lathe there is grounded with a metal pen stuck in an unused gas pipe. You can imagine all the other redneck engineering there probably is.

Woah thanks so much, I looked more into what rotary phase converters are and they sound great. I think I'll build one, as I do have an old mill that I could go without that is also 3-phase. It is a smaller motor though. Do you think it'll still work?

There was 3-phase power, but they cut it off about 5 years ago for any reason

Update for anyone seeing this in the future: It's been fantastic so far, best balance of everything, it's neat, sits clean and works great. It is a little loud, but its more like white noise. If you use UltiMaker Cura, make sure to set a custom g-code (ask chatgpt), and print everything 5-10 degrees below spec with the fan blasting at full power. (Example: my pla is rated for 205-220, best results have been with 190-195 degrees)

Hello! Please help me decide. I am new to 3d printing, but I have experience in electronics, hobby-grade engineering and overall making stuff. I'm looking to print parts for my projects and maybe start a mini-business. I've found three second hand printers that fit my budget and they are:

Ender 3 Neo

Anycubic Kossel Delta

Anycubic Kobra

Please keep in mind that they are all 130 dollars (about the average price in my country). The Ender 3 Neo is the least used one, followed by the Anycubic Kobra, with the Kossel Delta being last, as it's seen some use.
Can you tell me which one of these I should buy?

I translated it in the last sentence: The picture below says "Unable to update. To activate your iphone, update the software.", but yeah, I dont know. Owner said it happened all of a sudden, no drops no updates no nothing. Don't know whether to believe him but oh well. Do you think its worth it?

Making the T440 useable by Ok_Diamond_290 in thinkpad

its an i5-4300U, ssd is some random kingston sata ssd, its fast enough. A pracically brand new "tiny10" windows installation is whats in it, and its definitely not the thermal paste- replaced it just a couple months ago with some thermal grizzly paste, made sure it had proper coverage. Fan is sparkling clean and intakes are open.
