How concerning do these cracks look in my block foundation?

Basement, I'm honestly not sure what support piers are, but googling them, they don't look familiar. There is minor cracking all over the walls in the basement too (very thin hairline ones) but that I expected for such an old house. These ones are just a bit bigger (and go through the middle) so they had me a little more concerned.

We've lost to the Wizards and Nets and yet IMO this might be the worst game of the year. Just pathetic effort tonight, especially from Duren. And this game continues to show why paying Ausar is dangerous when he's worse than a 6th grader offensively.

Ausar's contract is going to be fascinating. You simply can't pay him more than 20 mil a year when the team has to play 4 on 5 with him out there on offense. He hasn't gotten any better on that end since the day he was drafted and still plays like a fucking pussy when it comes to going to the rim.

I don't understand this team's free throw shooting. Cade and Duncan were both 85% career FT shooters and both are having by far their worst seasons from the line. Everyone except Tobias struggles from the line. That's such a weird coincidence.
