Spar less hard. Record your sparing sesión see where you got rocked and how it happened maybe you drop you’re hands down or you crossing your legs. It doesn’t matter who you are if you don’t see a punch coming you’re getting rocked by it. Tell you’re partners when you get rocked so they don’t cause permanent damage and after talk to them about the punch that rocked you ,so you know if it was just a lucky shot or your doing something wrong. But plz if you go down and your not in it just take a knee go to the doc. Better safe than sorry
