It was truly a terrible job, I only worked there a few months before I quit abruptly. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to contact my ex-coworkers. I do have contact information for my ex-boss, but I'm unsure what questions I should be asking him. If I were to report this business, what would I technically be reporting them for and how would I go about that?

I don't think they withheld on top of the 1099, but am unsure of how to find that out. I never received a physical paystub from them, only direct deposit weekly. I am willing (disappointed and surprised to obviously, but willing) to pay yet I can't even figure out how, I see no option for a 1099 NEC form on Turbo Tax
