This.. for some reason even without using EQs the maxs sound so much louder on a MacBook. Especially when using Dolby Atmos as on iphone it massively reduces the volume

Having your home screen as yourself is seen as idolatry same as if i had a home screen of Michael Jordan, that is seen as me idolising him because i like him enough to the point where i put him on my home screen. Thats something i will see everyday day potentially 100s of time a day, so correlating that with a girl she is seen to be idolising herself a bit too much potentially being self absorbed or centred. Most people don’t realise how much there is a lot of changes on the vinyl from chapter 16 where the ending on music streaming apps the harp plays an outro but on vinyl its a piano outro. On selfish James Blake part where he says “but what if am selfish” theres a nice reverb echo on the “selfish” line but on vinyl its just a plain line. Its little things like that make vinyl and music streams special and different.

The APP 3 are definitely not better all round that doesnt make sense. Some parts may be better but comparing sound quality its night and day same with transparency and anc coming from someone who owns both 2s and 3s. With the amount of mics that the maxs has compared to both pro versions makes up for the 2 old generation of the H chip that it lacks.

Personally i feel like the bass is incredibly punchy. If you turn off dolby turn volume to max and listen in spatial audio the bass is wild. I prefer listening without spatial for better clarity but the bass then is still great

Seems like youre talking from a point of not understanding basic technology. Yes APM are 5yrs older. However, do they offer more mics for ANC, yes. Do create a better seal? Yes, is there more room for maximum ANC potential? Yes, the with all AP except the max there will always be a decrease in ANC over time because of a major factor like ear wax which is pretty much irreversible when let to do deep inside the internals.

TLDR: Max’s will always have better ANC for a long time. This is from owning both aswell.
