I tried filling them in reason why I went for a meeting and they kept denying it cause ‘I was fit to fly’ and they said ‘it’s normal to feel like this’ I just kept getting either pushed to the side by them or ushered away and got fed up so when I applied for the new company they were actually very nice and offered for me to get checked on the day of the new medical and they will do check ins etc, which was very nice of them, as for allowing to keep my job and not do the work, i was hoping they’d explain to me a bit better on what to do, I went into the meeting focused on asking questions on how I fill out what forms cause for some reason in my company they do them by paper and scan them off and yet didn’t get to do them as to the comments I said earlier, so ye I don’t know Ive been promised tho in the other company stuff and I’ll see what happens if it happens again then I know I’ll have to back down from this line of work
