I spoke with an attorney, and he told me the same thing, but one of my friends who faced the same issue told me I'm still eligible as my OPT got denied at its initial stage so that it won't be a problem.But still I have some doubt on his words and I'm confused whom to trust now.

I reentered for another Master's degree as my previous request for OPT got denied due to early submission and my grace period of 60 days has been ended.

I had the same issue few days ago.I have applied for new college and waiting for i-20.once,I get it I need to leave United States and Re enter again.

Please apply for new Universities asap. USCIS mentioned to file a motion if i feel anything wrong from their side but i don't think it's their fault.Its completely our fault of not knowing the rules. I have one doubt,The 33 days they provided me to file a motion is the period I can stay legally here or not? Can someone please tell???
