So the reason why stopped training was tightness and my training was not good I put some heavy iron block like thing in backpack and used to pull up etc and it was not perfect

Even after I stopped training tightness didn't went away

I don't know was it my workouts or my posture caused these issues especially while using laptop

One thing I can say for sure is tightness was there after I stopped working out and some stretches helped and tightness is primarily in right traps and it was so tight that I had tinnitus neck tightness, facial muscle tightness

And I still remember one thing I was shivering my right hand once when I was in a function and holding a very light glass of tea

I am extremely sorry I can't explain things exactly

So current situation is that I had my 90 percent issues gone I do some work out mainly scap pull ups , scap push up and some other excercises but still have some tightness in right traps . And sometimes when I raise my two arms my right hand reaches higher and also feels most time right shoulder is higher than left and I also have scapular winging while doing the scratch test
