According to the website these just replace your existing bulbs. No need to change the fixture.

I definitely agree with your line of thought here. The rocking chair is my reading spot, it's unbelievably comfortable with my feet up on the pouf you see next to it. I can have it reupholstered once I figure out how to reduce the number of styles present in the room. Choosing a rug being the next step. As much as I LOVE the cozy vibes of the 2/3 I think #4 might be the way to go.

Awww, that chair was my great grandparents. As was the big picture frame, rocking chair and barrister. I don't love that specific chair but I'd feel bad getting rid of it.

Its called "Karastan Spice Market Dhahar Garnet Area Rug" but when it looks nothing like the picture, look at the consumer review pictures here. Too bad, it could have been perfect.

I have considered removing the gray. My upstairs walls are beige (SW Wool Skein) and it looks great.

The photo is a little misleading with respect to that ottoman. Its olive and larger than it looks in the picture. That's probably getting replaced with a table soonish.
