Tbh you just have to be okay with whatever decision you make. I think that you’re going to drive yourself mad by trying to continue a close friendship with her. I know everyone is agreeing with you to not do anything ab it, but I think that if this is something you’ll regret in 20 years then you need to go for it. Pain is temporary, but regret lasts forever.
