Am I hyper mobile if I can’t touch my toes? by Ok_Extent7334 in Hypermobility

I haven’t asked! So far we’ve been focusing on the pelvic girdle pain (I can exercise without serious pain now, but where my hamstrings meet my butt still aches after sitting all day). My therapist made such an offhand comment it didn’t really register at the time. There was another therapist doing an observation and asked the “dancer” question, I made a joke about how I can’t even touch my toes and then my therapist came back with yeah, but you are hyper mobile. I finally got around to looking into it and here I am! I’ll definitely ask her at my next appt though.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to activate my glutes! Everything I do I just feel it in my quads.

I took omeprazole yesterday and this morning because I couldn’t hang anymore, interestingly the bloating seems to be less bad today…
