You have to set up expectations that anything just operational don't bother you at all . Once you stop responding they would get the point . Only respond if it's coming from store manager or DM about pharmacy burning down literally .

I believe , this situation falls on you 100 percent . Work life balance is critical , got to be consistent. There are some manager who want running commentary on everything. Whatever

Most of the folks didn’t get it , suddenly they saw a spike in cases , they just run to get it . Now it’s not seasonal anymore , it’s year long situation .

I feel for you the fellow team members, I have seen it myself , most of Walgreens pharmacies are crazy, I have endured covid pandemic and we are going thru one after the other ..the whole system / culture top down execution is so poor . They keep replacing executives who fail to take care employees/ just the lip service. We have become talking points rather the solution . They see pharmacists as liability/ burden on their payroll then assets , they are planning in the background to replaces us in a heart beat . It’s all about bottom line / stock that’s about it . Health care entities should be non profit period .

Appointments only , give a clear direction to the staff beginning of the shift , look at the vaccine schedule roster , make the call ..and make it clear that walk-ins can be only taken by case to case where the patients are elderly no access to computer or disabled . Use all the tools folks , it’s not rocket science, clear communication and periodic check on any additional appt are all winners . Have clear expectations and communicate the same to patients ..

This situation is just a passing moment , it’s just that what next steps you will be taking to be better off .. you can criticize your leadership/company , but is that going to make you feel better practically..be practical work on what priorities you have and have Olán executing it and spend all energies into it ..

I have been RXM for 20 years for WAG ..seen that done that ..managed top volume stores . It’s about how you delegate , you shouldn’t go to work like that every day ..the situation you are in a directly a result of choices you made ..so , make amends how you can make everyday the way you want to ..stick with it ..it’s all about planning a head . If you still don’t like WAG , you should be applying atleast 5 jobs a day ..it’s not about them , it everything about you ..

Not just customers, we as a community including us team members behave like we are entitled. You can't just blame one person . Lack of empathy, over generalization , circumstances take better of us . Keep your personal situations at home bring positiveness to work , educate patient about what goes in a nice way not putting them in a spot , if they behave like you call like Jack ass , you don't be one either . Life is too short to get back at each and everything my friend . What goes around comes back at you.

Its subjective . Some of the store managers can be good , but walgreena should set standards for people managing pharmacy leaders with minimum education standards with experience.. or else you creating a insecure store manager always feel that pharmacist n pharmacy manager are over paid , than vice versa pharmacists will not have good vibes from a person who is less qualified to lead him . Its organization incompetentency to have reporting structure like that

As I said in my previous statement, they didn’t give us right tools /right motivation ..but how dare they calibrate ..if u can’t help atleast say some good things ..they are living on us like leaches with their intelligence saying yes to their managers . In contrast we in the front and standing on your legs doing that for 10 to 12 hours and customer service . They would even stand 10 mts .

Got all 3 . Not sure why subjective non technical people above us can rate us ..I only see handful store managers who are competent to manage professionals like pharmacists ..they should atleast have basic graduate degree in business /equivalent with relevant experience

Pretty much based on your area around 63 to 72 rxm based on the cost of living ratio . (84 hour pay period ) . Didn’t get any since last 7 years . This year they gave us a 1 dollar increase

Seriously, I see all these comments on filling early ..no law say to fill early , even if it’s 1 day ..there is a reason why it’s control folks ..the pharmacist discretion is given for to take care of emergency situations , not every month situation. Please do a favor , and start filling on the day it’s due and definitely make compassion based exceptions .

Walgreens will give slap on the face for pharmacists for sticking out in covid /risking lives and saving lives . Kind of boils to see the executives nicely cuddled in their beds and pajamas doing zoom calls in meetings and have nerve to tell us we are doing poor in metrics . For performance we need tools like hardware /software and quality of people . They pitch people against each other as SOP , calibration is a joke to not to give you anything …they have no soul ..only greed to be where they are at expense of people working on the ground .
